The minimum rental period is 24 hours. Additional hours are charged at one-third of the daily rate. Our rates are quoted in UAE Dirhams (AED) and may change without prior notice. A fee of 5 AED applies each time you pass through a toll in the UAE.
2. Driving License
All drivers must possess a locally accepted driving license with at least one year of experience. UAE residents need a valid UAE license, while visitors must provide a valid national and international driving license from their home country.
3. Fuel
Refueling charges will be applied if the vehicle is returned with less fuel than provided at the start of the rental.
4. Additional Drivers
You can add extra drivers at no additional cost, provided we have copies of their passport and driving license. Please note that additional drivers must meet the minimum age and driving experience requirements for full insurance coverage. Contact us for more details.
5. Insurance
Our vehicles come with comprehensive insurance, including third-party liability. The policy covers unlimited liability in case of death or permanent disability due to bodily injury, subject to the country’s legal rulings. For full details, please refer to the rental policy.
6. Minimum Age for Drivers
Renters must be at least 25 years old to rent luxury and sports cars for full insurance coverage, and at least 21 years old for other vehicles. Please contact us for guidance on insuring supercars.
7. Delivery & Collection
We offer free collection and delivery within Dubai at any time. For services outside Dubai (within the UAE), a fee will apply. Please reach out for specific charges and conditions for areas outside Dubai.
8. Accidents
In case of an accident, you must notify the police immediately and should not move the vehicle until a report is issued. Not providing a police report will make you responsible for all costs associated with the accident.
9. Traffic Fines
For each traffic or municipal fine incurred during the rental period, a 40 AED administrative fee will be charged.
10. Rental within UAE Only
Vehicles must not be driven outside the UAE. Violating this rule may result in a penalty of up to AED 10,000, and the car may be blocked at the border.
11. Payment Terms
Rental and insurance fees must be paid in advance, either in cash or by major credit cards. Please note that debit cards are not accepted as a form of credit identification at the time of rental.
12. Salik Toll
Salik charges are based on usage, and a detailed summary is available upon request.
